Gebrekirstos to Give a Lecture at Leiden University

On 9 December 2025, Gebrekirstos G. Gebremeskel will give a lecture at Leiden University Centre for Digital Humanities on the following topic:
Mermru: Building a Dynamic and Integrated Linguistic Engine for Ethio-Semitic Languages
During this lecture, Gebrekirstos will explain the motivation and philosophy behind Mermru, how it works, and demonstrate the possible research and applications that it can enable and support.

The lecture will be given in person at Johan Huizinga, Doelensteeg 16, 2311 VL Leiden.
